Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Zeus in the picturesque village of Afytos, I found a hidden gem that exceeded all expectations. The moment we arrived, the warm hospitality from the owners made us feel right at home—something I treasure as a landscape photographer who spends time in remote cabins across Canada. The air-conditioned apartment we booked boasted a spacious kitchenette, perfect for preparing snacks after a long day of exploring the nearby beaches. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the private balcony overlooking the serene garden, and my friends appreciated the delightful pool area for unwinding post-shooting sessions. Cleanliness was paramount; the staff maintained the highest standards in both the rooms and common areas, allowing us to fully relax in our surroundings. As someone deeply in love with nature's beauty, I felt a genuine connection with this quiet, traditional village, making our stay one I will cherish. I highly recommend Hotel Zeus for anyone wanting to experience both comfort and tranquility while discovering the charm of Chalkidiki. I'll be back for sure!
